The privilege to live by the sea

For over one hundred years, the balconies of Casa Condeminas have offered a privileged view over Barcelona’s activity by the sea. And they still do. By simply opening the windows and doors, we can feel the sea breeze, enjoy the palm trees that characterize the Passeig de Colom and hear the sublte sounds of the boat masts from the nearby Club Nàutic at the Port of Barcelona. With the mountain of Montjuïc on one side and the Barceloneta district on the other, it overlooks the picturesque Moll de la Fusta.

THE DETAILS MAKE THE CASA CONDEMINAS AN OBJECT OF DESIRE

At the beginning of the 20th century, Barcelona was filled with dreams. Many of those dreams produced beautiful buildings, which, over one hundred years later, we have the privilege and the fortune to continue enjoying. Buildings filled with history, art and style which were built all over the city and that nowadays represent the biggest and best-preserved art nouveau architectural ensemble in the world. Casa Condeminas is one of these marvelous buildings. In its interior we find a myriad of art nouveau elements that make it a wonderful object of desire.
